Curious about faith?
Join a series of group conversations that freely explore the basics of the Christian faith in an open, friendly environment. At each Alpha session, you’ll be hosted in a small group and watch an episode on a different question of faith – then you have a chance to share your thoughts and hear what others think. You can say anything you like, or nothing at all.
Everyone’s welcome. You’re invited, no matter your background or beliefs. It’s free and there’s no pressure to come back.
Alpha Launch Night
Tuesday 23 January
7:30pm
You’re invited for an evening of dinner & drinks in the new year. We’ll also hear from Hoda, an ex-Muslim Christian preacher who after an horrific accident, had a miraculous encounter. Come along to find out more. Free for Guests, £6 for those part of Riverside.
What to expect
The course runs over several weeks – you can just try the first one and see what you think. Everyone’s welcome and there's no pressure, follow up or charge.
Food & Drink
Dinner will be served just after you arrive, giving you time to relax and chat.
Watch/Listen
Each session there will be a short talk or film where you’ll hear different topics on Christianity.
Discuss
You’ll will be hosted in a small group where you can share any thoughts you may have. You can say anything you like or nothing at all.
